The company’s products include UC-One solution, a communications and collaboration offering that enables telecommunications service providers to offer businesses and other enterprises UC features and functionalities on a hosted basis.

Its UC-One services include high definition voice and video calling, audio conferencing, instant messaging and presence, desktop sharing, and collaboration and call center services that can be accessed through desk phones, smartphones, tablets, laptops, and personal computers. The company provides its enterprise and consumer communications services through BroadWorks application server software and BroadCloud software-as-a-service deployment options.

It also offers a range of professional support services, such as pre-sales support; installation, network integration, project management, and remote upgrade services, as well as consulting services; product life-cycle services; and training services.
