NRG Yield, Inc. (NYLD) acquires, owns, and operates contracted renewable and conventional generation, and thermal infrastructure assets in the United States.

The company owns three natural gas or dual-fired facilities, eight utility-scale solar and wind generation facilities, and 2 distributed solar facilities with 1,324 net megawatts (MW) of generation capacity.

It also owns thermal infrastructure assets with an aggregate steam and chilled water capacity of 1,346 net megawatts thermal equivalent and electric generation capacity of 123 net MW. 

Shares have formed a bullish "cup and handle" and higher share prices are expected for this stock.
