The Global Color, Additives, and Inks segment provides specialized color and additive concentrates, as well as inks and latexes. The Performance Products and Solutions segment offers vinyl compounds, vinyl resins, and specialty coating materials based on vinyl to various manufacturers of plastic parts and consumer-oriented products.
The PolyOne Distribution segment distributes approximately 3,500 grades of engineering and commodity grade resins to custom injection molders and extruders. The company primarily serves appliance, consumer, healthcare, transportation, building and construction, packaging, wire and cable, electrical and electronics, industrial, and textiles markets. PolyOne Corporation sells its products worldwide through direct sales personnel, sales agents, and distributors.
