The parties have entered into an equity investment agreement as part of a strategic relationship pursuant to which State Street Global Advisors will acquire approximately 5 percent of Raiz's share capital through a placement. "In addition, the strategic relationship will see State Street Global Advisors' trusted brand and deep knowledge of markets come together with Raiz's mobile-first platform, which helps Australian retail investors with micro-investments primarily in exchange-traded funds and model portfolios. Leveraging State Street Global Advisors' international library of resources, insights and trends, Raiz customers will have access to a broader array of financial literacy content and investment education tools," the company stated. "The CIRB has also ordered that no further labour stoppage, including a lockout or strike, can occur during the arbitration process. This means that the strike notice recently issued to CN by the Teamsters is now voided," the company said in a statement. CN will comply with the order which also extends the current collective agreement until a new agreement is signed between the parties. "While CN is disappointed an agreement could not be reached at the bargaining table, the Company is satisfied that this order effectively ends the unpredictability that has been negatively impacting supply chains for months," the company added.

The plant itself is unaffected and the company is not aware of any injuries, Rivian said in a statement to news outlooks. Several cars in the parking lot of the Rivian plant in Normal were damaged by the fire, according to local news reports. 25 News reports Normal Fire Department spokesperson Matt Swaney said the blaze was extinguished by midnight Saturday, but crews remained on the scene. "CPKC will fully comply with the CIRB order. As such, CPKC is ending the lockout initiated on Thursday, Aug. 22. CPKC has asked the TCRC for employees to return to work for the day shift on Sunday so that we can get the Canadian economy moving again as quickly as possible and avoid further disruption to supply chains," the company said in a statement.
