20:04 EST Fly Intel: Top five weekend stock stories - Catch up on the weekend's top five stories with this list compiled by The Fly: 1. Facebook (FB) has moved one of its most important intellectual properties out of Ireland, ending a financial arrangement used to move billions in profits through the country largely untaxed, The Times of London's Paul O'Donoghue reported. New documents show that the social media giant has moved to wind up several Irish holding companies which it used to hold its intellectual property for international sales, the author added. The company has also shifted billions of euros in profits from its Irish holding company back to the U.S., the publication said. 2. United Airlines (UAL) and Delta Air Lines (DAL) are requiring all passengers on flights from the United Kingdom to the United States to present a negative COVID-19 test taken within 72 hours of departure, Reuters' Tracy Rucinski reported. The decision follows the emergence of a highly infectious new coronavirus variant in Britain that has prompted many countries to shut their borders to travelers from there, the publication added. 3. Yelp (YELP) stock might merit only a one-star review for 2020, Eric Savitz wrote in this week's edition of Barron's. The widespread shutdown of indoor dining has weighed heavily on the online recommendation service, yet changes in its business model, combined with hopes for a reopening of the economy as COVID-19 vaccines arrive, give reason to reason to think that Yelp can reach for the stars, the author noted. 4. Ant Group said on Sunday it will establish a "rectification" working party and implement regulatory requirements in full, in a statement issued after a meeting with financial regulators, according to Reuters. Hours earlier, China's central bank vice governor Pan Gongsheng said regulators had urged Ant to outline a rectification plan and a timetable as soon as possible to meet regulatory demands, the publication noted. 5. Wyndham Hotels (WH), Norwegian Cruise Line (NCLH), Caesars (CZR), Marriott Vacations (VAC), Extended Stay (STAY), Wynn Resorts (WYNN), Delta Air Lines, Southwest (LUV), Allegiant Travel (ALGT), Ryanair (RYAAY), GOL Linhas Aereas (GOL), and Pool Corp. (POOL) saw positive mentions in this week's edition of Barron's.
