The company said last night in a statement, "Although Tesla believes that the best stockholder experience is a fully in-person annual meeting open to all stockholders, continuing public health and travel-related requirements and advisories have necessitated a unique format for the 2020 Annual Meeting. The following updates supersede anything to the contrary described in Tesla's updated definitive proxy statement filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on August 13, 2020. The 2020 Annual Meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2020, at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Tesla's separate Battery Day event will follow immediately after the conclusion of the 2020 Annual Meeting. Live video webcasts of the 2020 Annual Meeting and Tesla's Battery Day event will be accessible to the general public at www.tesla.com/2020shareholdermeeting."

GRWG | Hot Stocks09:44 EDT GrowGeneration to work with law enforcement after Hindenburg short report - GrowGeneration announced last night that it believes it has "uncovered fraudulent attempts to manipulate" the company's stock. The owner of hydroponic and organic garden centers said in a statement, "On August 21, 2020, an organization calling itself 'Hindenburg Research' published false and defamatory statements about certain Officers and Directors of the Company designed to provide a false impression to investors and to manipulate the market to benefit short sellers. GrowGen intends to collaborate with law enforcement and regulators to ensure that any criminal activity is investigated and prosecuted. GrowGen will be taking steps to ensure that the organization ceases and desists from all illegal and otherwise wrongful activity. GrowGen will vigorously defend the value of the Company on behalf of shareholders and investors." Shares of GrowGeneration closed Friday down 5% to $17.34 following a short report from Hindenburg Research.
