In this range, we are expecting to have positive GAAP net income and to generate positive free cash flow in every quarter beyond Q1 2019. We believe these results will be substantially driven by our restructuring action and the ongoing financial discipline with which we are managing the business. Our 2019 capex, the vast majority of which will be to grow our capacity and develop new vehicles, is expected to be about $2.5B. We believe this amount should be sufficient to continue to develop our main projects, such as Gigafactory Shanghai, Model Y and Tesla Semi, as well as for the further expansion of our Supercharger, service and retail networks. We expect to arrange financing through local banks in China to fund most of the capex for Gigafactory Shanghai. Since Model Y will be built on the Model 3 platform and is designed to share about 75% of its components with Model 3, the cost of the Model Y production line should be substantially lower than the Model 3 line in Fremont, and the production ramp should also be faster."

16:18 EDT Tesla sees Model 3 production at sustained rate of 7,000 units/week by end 2019 - Tesla said: "Model 3 production volumes in Fremont should gradually continue to grow throughout 2019 and reach a sustained rate of 7,000 units per week by the end of the year. We are planning to continue to produce Model 3 vehicles at maximum production rates throughout 2019. Inclusive of Gigafactory Shanghai, where we are initially aiming for 3,000 Model 3 vehicles per week, our goal is to be able to produce 10,000 vehicles per week on a sustained basis. Barring unexpected challenges with Gigafactory Shanghai, we are targeting annualized Model 3 output in excess of 500,000 units sometime between Q4 of 2019 and Q2 of 2020. While the number of Model 3 vehicles produced should increase sequentially in Q1, deliveries in North America during Q1 will be lower than the prior quarter as we start delivering cars in Europe and China for the first time. As a result of the start of Model 3 expansion into Europe and China, deliveries will be lower than production by about 10,000 units due to vehicle transit times to these markets. Because of the first scheduled reduction of the federal EV tax credit on January 1, 2019, we likely saw a pull-forward of demand in the US for Model S and Model X into 2018. Both Model S and Model X reached all-time high market shares in the US in the second half of 2018. Model S, for example, accounted for 38% of its segment in the US. Because this high level of demand presumably represented a pull-forward, we are expecting our Model S and Model X deliveries in Q1 2019 to be slightly below Q1 2018. We continue to target a 25% Model 3 non-GAAP gross margin at some point in 2019."

Also, by the end of this year we are expecting to start producing Model 3 vehicles at our Gigafactory Shanghai using a complete vehicle production line. We expect the capital spend per unit of capacity for this factory to be less than half of that of our Model 3 line in Fremont. Additionally, this year we will start tooling for Model Y to achieve volume production by the end of 2020, most likely at Gigafactory 1. 16:15 EDT Tesla reports 27,607 Model S and Model X vehicles delivered in Q4 - Tesla said: "In Q4, we delivered 27,607 Model S and Model X vehicles to customers. For the full year, we delivered 99,475 Model S and Model X vehicles, which was in line with our guidance. We recently stopped taking orders for the 75 kWh versions of Model S and Model X and will focus on the longer-range versions of these flagship products instead, with the recent introduction of a 310 mile range base Model S and 270 mile range base Model X. Over the years, we have been gradually simplifying options for Model S and Model X by standardizing options such as the air suspension, AWD, premium package, and glass roof. This is yet another step towards increased standardization, which results in significantly lower manufacturing cost. Additionally, we believe this will provide more differentiation between Model S and Model 3. As a result of this change and improving efficiencies in our production lines, we have reduced Model S and Model X production hours accordingly. Last year alone, Model S and X production efficiencies improved 15%. Our objective is to continue to achieve further efficiencies, which will reduce the manufacturing cost while providing us the flexibility to increase output as necessary."

16:13 EDT Tesla says 'sufficient cash on hand to comfortably settle' convertible bond - Tesla stated in its earnings letter: "Model 3's success has carried over to our financial performance in Q3 and Q4 of 2018. Operating income in Q4 remained stable at $414M despite a sequential decline in revenue from the sale of regulatory credits, higher import duties on components from China, a price reduction for Model S and Model X in China, and the introduction of a lower-priced mid-range version of Model 3. Our operating margin also improved significantly in the second half of 2018, changing from being negative to on-par with other premium carmakers. Despite margins in the automotive industry typically being lower in Q4, that was not true for us as our operating margin remained strong at 5.7% in Q4. Our GAAP net income of $139 million was impacted by a non-cash charge of $54 million attributable to non-controlling interests. Free cash flow (operating cash flow less capital expenditures) also improved sequentially in Q4 to $910M. In the second half of 2018, our cash position improved by $1.45B despite the scheduled repayment of a $230M convertible bond in Q4. We have sufficient cash on hand to comfortably settle in cash our convertible bond that will mature in March 2019."

16:10 EDT Avon Products to cut 10% of global headcount, take 15% inventory reduction - Avon Products announced significant steps in the strategy to 'Open Up' Avon, particularly its efforts to simplify its operating structure, reduce product line complexity and reduce inventory holding levels. Over the past several months, Avon has taken decisive action to identify and capture cost savings within the Company's existing commercial practices, supply chain operations and global infrastructure footprint. In keeping with a focus on ensuring Avon's operations and infrastructure are fit-for-purpose, the Company is pursuing a structural reset of its inventory processes, including a 15% reduction in inventory levels and 25% reduction in Stock Keeping Units and a 10% reduction in its global headcount. Avon is taking a one-time inventory obsolescence expense of approximately $88M, as a result of its SKU reduction efforts, which will advance the simplification of Avon's operations, drive cost savings through lower raw material and procurement cost. This reset will result in lower operational and ongoing obsolescence costs. Over the longer term, it will result in a more concentrated focus on high-turn, higher margin products, driving greater earnings for Representatives due to lessened discount pressure and enhanced service levels. "Core to our 'Open Up' Avon strategy is to have simpler, leaner operations, and for our infrastructure and mindset to reflect Avon's reality. The initiatives announced today all advance these objectives," said Jan Zijderveld, CEO of Avon. "This reset is an opportunity for us to sharpen our portfolio and concentrate on products that are important and relevant to our customer. This represents an opportunity not just for Avon, but for Her to accelerate her earnings through a more focused portfolio, experience better service, and deliver high quality, modern products she can be proud of." The company also announced plans to reduce its global workforce by approximately 10% to align with ongoing operating model changes and to create a leaner organization that is better aligned with Avon's current and future business focus. These actions are expected to be substantially completed by the end of 2019. This announcement is on top of an 8% reduction of the global workforce completed in 2018. Jan continued, "Decisions like these are always difficult, however, we must take the actions necessary to improve our operations and strengthen our ability to continue investing in our transformation initiatives and fuel our future growth. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the talented employees affected by this restructuring, and we will do our utmost to ensure everyone is treated with fairness and respect." In connection with the reduction in force announced, the company expects to achieve annualized pre-tax savings of approximately $97M by the end of 2019. The company expects to record total charges related to these actions of approximately $100M before taxes incremental to the approximately $51M in charges associated with Open Up Avon that had been approved to date.

14:05 EDT Moderna: Data publication shows therapeutic potential of mRNA-2752 - Moderna announced the publication of pre-clinical data that shows the therapeutic potential of mRNA-2752, an investigational mRNA immuno-oncology therapy that encodes a novel combination of three immunomodulators designed to activate the immune system to recognize and eradicate tumors that are resistant to checkpoint inhibitors. The study, published in the scientific journal Science Translational Medicine, found that the local delivery of mRNA encoding the secreted cytokines IL23 and IL36gamma and the membrane-bound T-cell co-stimulator OX40L, induced a broad immune response promoting tumor regression in both injected lesions and distant un-injected tumors in mice. When combined with checkpoint inhibitors, mRNA-2752 boosted complete response rates in immunosuppressive and in immunologically barren tumor models that are otherwise unresponsive to checkpoint inhibitors. The study showed that in a MC38-R mouse cancer model that is considered immunosuppressive and found to be unresponsive to checkpoint inhibitor immunotherapy, a single dose of the Triplet administered intratumorally led to complete responses. After multiple injections in the immunosuppressive tumor model, complete response rates increased to a majority of the treated animals. In addition, a single dose of the Triplet led to near-complete control of both injected tumors and distal untreated tumors. The addition of anti-PD-L1, anti-PD-1 or anti-CTLA-4 checkpoint inhibitors to a single dose of the Triplet improved complete response rates over either mRNA or antibody treatment alone.

10:32 EDT Medtronic says Valiant Captivia shows durability, efficacy at five years - Medtronic announced new data supporting the long-term durability, safety, and efficacy of the Valiant Captivia thoracic stent graft system for the treatment of blunt thoracic aortic injury. The presentation by Himanshu J. Patel, M.D., University of Michigan Department of Cardiac Surgery at The Society of Thoracic Surgeons Annual Meeting, was the first and only five-year industry-issued dataset ever reported for patients with aortic transections undergoing thoracic endovascular aortic repair. The RESCUE study is a prospective, multi-center, non-randomized, descriptive study that evaluated a total of 50 patients with BTAI of the descending thoracic aorta. Subjects enrolled had a mean injury severity score of 38.4 +/- 14.4 and 70 percent of BTAI extent was grade III or higher, including one grade IV free rupture, indicative of this extremely high-risk patient cohort. The extent of arch repair required full or partial left subclavian artery coverage. Of the 31 patients available at five years, 90.3 percent received clinical follow-up, while 67.7 percent received imaging follow-up. Data highlights at five-year follow up: Kaplan Meier Freedom from All-Cause Mortality of 85.2 percent; No stroke or spinal cord ischemia observed; 100 percent freedom from Type I or III endoleaks.

09:10 EDT Sanofi announces fexinidazole approval in Democratic Republic of Congo - Marketing authorization of fexinidazole for the treatment of Trypanosoma brucei gambiense human African trypanosomiasis, more commonly known as sleeping sickness, has been granted in the Democratic Republic of Congo. This approval paves the way for the distribution of fexinidazole in endemic countries this year, with another submission planned in Uganda. Sleeping sickness is usually fatal without treatment. Transmitted by the bite of a tsetse fly, it causes neuropsychiatric symptoms; including aggression, psychosis, and a debilitating disruption of sleep patterns that have given this neglected disease its name. About 65 million people in sub-Saharan Africa are at risk. Fexinidazole is approved in the DRC as a 10-day once-a-day treatment for T.b. gambiense sleeping sickness. Importantly, fexinidazole is the first all-oral treatment that works both for the early stage of the disease as well as the second stage of the disease in which the parasites have crossed the blood-brain barrier, causing patients to suffer from neuropsychiatric symptoms. Fexinidazole could, therefore, eliminate the need for patients' systematic hospitalization. On 16 November 2018, The European Medicines Agency adopted a positive scientific opinion of fexinidazole - a result of clinical trials led by the non- profit research and development organization the Drugs for Neglected Diseases initiative and an application submitted by Sanofi. Sanofi had submitted a regulatory dossier to the EMA under Article 58 of Regulation 726/2004 in December 2017. By allowing for the participation of endemic countries and of the WHO in the evaluation of the fexinidazole regulatory dossier, approval under Article 58 also facilitates and could accelerate future national product registrations and patient access.

09:07 EDT Elbit Imaging announces successful implementation of Insightec Exablate Neuro - Elbit Imaging announced that Insightec and the Brain Research Institute at Yonsei University College of Medicine in Seoul, South Korea, announced that the first patient worldwide completed chemotherapy cycles in a clinical trial to investigate the safety and efficacy of focused ultrasound for disrupting the blood brain barrier, or BBB, in patients with glioblastoma, or GBM. This first patient successfully completed all six sessions of their planned complete adjuvant temozolomide, or TMZ, with BBB disruption treatment. There were no complications or side effects following disruption of the BBB with focused ultrasound. Glioblastoma is the most common primary malignant brain tumor in adults. The blood brain barrier not only protects the brain from toxins, it also prevents the effective delivery of therapeutic agents to treat brain tumors, such as GBM, which is why disrupting the BBB is key for introducing treatment options. The investigational Exablate Neuro device from Insightec delivers low frequency focused ultrasound without surgical incisions to temporarily disrupt the BBB. In the clinical trials, following surgical resection and radiotherapy plus concomitant TMZ, focused ultrasound is delivered during the first treatment of each of the six maintenance cycles of TMZ. The company holds approximately 63% of the share capital of Elbit Medical Technologies which, in turn, holds approximately 22% of the share capital in Insightec.

08:24 EDT Coherent not issuing full fiscal year guidance due to uncertainty and China risk - Coherent CEO John Ambroseo stated on the company's Q1 earnings call last night, according to a transcript, that "the risk associated with China has increased over the past quarter as we've learned more about the evolving underlying situation, particularly their domestic challenges. Based upon these and other factors, it would be understandable to have a more dour outlook. On the opposite side of the ledger, there are a number of things that could happen, any one of which could send markets upward. For example, we could have an end to the trade conflict leading to improved consumer confidence. The Chinese government could institute a stimulus package that encourages investment and/or consumption without piling on debt. Someone other than Samsung could make a breakthrough in OLED yields, which accelerates investment in new capacity. Some of these are more likely than others. All would have a marked impact. And all contribute to the uncertainty regarding the outlook for 2019, which makes full-year forecasting very difficult, and as a result, we are not issuing full fiscal year guidance. We will focus on quarterly forecasting for the foreseeable future."

08:21 EDT Coherent says uncertainty in China clouding near-term visibility - John Ambroseo, President and CEO of Coherent, stated along with the company's first quarter report last night: "Our end markets exhibited a wide range of behavior in the first fiscal quarter. Materials processing was broadly impacted by eroding conditions in China tied to tariffs, rising consumer debt and declining consumer confidence. This was partially offset by wins in Tier 1 automotive with Asian and European suppliers as well as an uptick in medical device manufacturing. Our other commercial markets are faring much better. In microelectronics, semicap and advanced packaging had double-digit bookings growth and the display business was in-line with prior expectations. Orders in our instrumentation business were close to record levels with contributions from bioinstrumentation, medical OEM, aerospace and defense customers. We remain very optimistic about the long-term opportunities for the industry and for Coherent, but uncertainty in China is clouding our near-term visibility. A tariff deal or local stimulus would provide welcome relief, but it is difficult to predict if or when either might occur."

We are also very excited about the introduction of Celebrity Flora in May 2019 - the first ship designed for the Galapagos - and the introduction of Spectrum of the Seas in the China market in June 2019. "We have made good progress with the OP0201 development program over the past few months and we are looking forward to reporting data from four clinical trials this year," said Gregory Flesher, CEO of Novus Therapeutics. "We initiated screening for study C-001, a single-dose phase 1 safety and pharmacodynamic effects study. We expect data from these two clinical trials to be available in the second calendar quarter of 2019. In addition, we recently completed enrollment of study C-004, the single-dose phase 1 safety and exploration of efficacy study in adults with acute otitis media. Given the rapid enrollment of study C-004, we now expect to have data by the end of the first calendar quarter of 2019. Finally, we are pleased to announce the addition of study C-006, an exploratory phase 2a placebo-controlled study in infants and children with acute otitis media. This trial replaces the previously announced phase 1 open-label study in children with otitis media with effusion. This new phase 2a study is designed to explore multiple endpoints and help the company design larger phase 2 studies in patients. We expect enrollment of this trial to begin in the coming weeks, with data available in the second half of 2019," concluded Flesher.

The company Increased average annual Colombia production for 2018 to 36,209 barrels of oil equivalent per day, or BOEPD, up 15% from 2017. Gran Tierra increased 2P reserves to 142M barrels of oil equivalent , before tax 2P NPV10 to $2.7B and before tax 2P net asset value to $5.96 per share. Also, the company achieved 2P reserve replacement of 140% with total 2018 2P reserve additions of 19 MMBOE, with approximately 13 MMBOE of these additions attributable to the Acordionero oil field, the company's single largest asset. Gary Guidry, president and CEO of Gran Tierra, commented, "During 2018, Gran Tierra grew our 2P reserves to 142 MMBOE and increased our 2P NPV10 to $2.7B, as our diversified portfolio in Colombia continued to deliver growth in net asset value per share. Our two most exciting accomplishments this past year occurred in the Acordionero oil field and in the Ayombero-Chuira La Luna conventional carbonate resource play, both in the Middle Magdalena Valley ("MMV") Basin. In 2018, Acordionero was Gran Tierra's growth engine in terms of reserves additions, while Ayombero provided substantial new Prospective Resources and an inventory of future potential drilling opportunities. During 2018, successful appraisal and development drilling at Acordionero resulted in 8% growth in the field's 2P reserves to 76 MMBOE as recovery factors increased. We believe ongoing growth in this field's 1P and 2P reserves will be achievable as we convert Acordionero's still significant Possible reserves of approximately 21 MMBOE into the 1P and 2P categories.Acordionero has also proved to be a stellar acquisition in terms of value creation. After paying $525 million in mid-2016 to acquire PetroLatina Energy Ltd., whose major asset was Acordionero, this field's before tax 2P NPV discounted at 10% is now approximately three times higher at $1.7 billion at 2018 year-end. Since the acquisition and during an active capital program, the Acordionero field has generated significant free cash flow and we expect that to continue as we further develop the field."

V114 is also under development for the prevention of IPD in adults. Both indications are currently being studied in Phase 3 clinical trials. The FDA's decision was informed in part by immunogenicity data from two studies. In both studies, V114 induced an immune response in infants for two disease-causing serotypes not contained in the currently available 13-valent pneumococcal conjugate vaccine, while demonstrating non-inferiority for the serotypes contained in both vaccines.

06:30 EDT Vale announces decommissioning of all upstream tailings dams - Vale S.A. informs that it has presented to the Brazilian authorities its plan to decommission all its dams built by the upstream method. The plan presented to the Brazilian authorities aims to de-characterize these structures as tailings dams in order to reintegrate them into the environment. Vale currently has 10 dams built by the upstream method, all of which are currently inactive. All of Vale's dams present stability reports issued by external, independent and internationally respected companies. Vale estimates that investments of around R$ 5 billion will be necessary to decommission its upstream dams and estimates that the decommissioning process will occur over the next 3 years. In order to carry out the decommissioning of the upstream dams safely and quickly, Vale will temporarily halt the production of the units where the structures are located, namely: Aboboras, Vargem Grande, Capitao do Mato and Tamandua operations, in the Vargem Grande complex; and the Jangada, Fabrica, Segredo, Joao Pereira and Alto Bandeira operations, in the Paraopebas complex, also including the stoppage of the Fabrica and Vargem Grande pelletizing plants. The operation of the halted units will be resumed as the decommissioning works are completed. The estimated impact of the production stoppage is about 40 million tons of iron ore per year, including in this figure the pellet feed needed for the production of 11 million tons of pellets, an impact that will be partially offset by the increase in production of other systems of the company. Vale expects to reallocate all its collaborators currently located in the operations that will be halted.

The formal Offer will be made pursuant to an offer document, which is expected to be published on or around February 4. Based on an overall evaluation of the factors considered relevant, the board of Oslo Bors VPS considers that the Offer is the best alternative for all stakeholders and therefore unanimously recommends that the shareholders of Oslo Bors VPS accept the Offer and do not accept the offer to acquire the shares of Oslo Bors VPS made by Euronext NV. asdaq has obtained pre-acceptances of the Offer from shareholders representing approximately 35.11% of the shares in Oslo Bors VPS, including DNB and KLP. These pre-acceptances are irrevocable and unconditional, including in the event of a higher offer until the long stop date of December 31, 2019. Nasdaq intends to fund the Offer through a mix of debt and cash on hand. The proposed transaction is expected to achieve Nasdaq's stated ROIC target of at least 10% within 3-5 years, and be accretive to non-GAAP EPS within 12 months of closing. The acquisition of Oslo Bors VPS would be consistent with Nasdaq's existing capital deployment priorities. As such, Nasdaq does not expect any change to its organic business investments, its intention to continue growing dividends as income and cash flows grow, or its equity repurchase program. Assuming a close in the third quarter of 2019, Nasdaq's gross leverage would rise to approximately 3.1x debt to EBITDA, and the company would be in position to reduce leverage to the mid 2x's during the second half of 2020.

05:36 EDT AC Immune reports discontinuation of crenezumab Phase III CREAD 1 and 2 studies - AC Immune (ACIU) announced that Roche (RHHBY), the parent company of its collaboration partner, is discontinuing the CREAD 1 and CREAD 2 Phase III studies of the investigational anti-beta-amyloid molecule, crenezumab, in people with prodromal to mild sporadic Alzheimer's disease, or AD. The decision came after an interim analysis conducted by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee, or IDMC. Alzheimer's disease, is a progressive, fatal disease that gradually destroys memory, thinking skills and problem solving, and impairs daily functioning such as the ability to manage one's own activities. The IDMC analysis indicated that crenezumab was unlikely to meet its primary endpoint of change from baseline in Clinical Dementia Rating-Sum of Boxes, or CDR-SB, Score. This decision was not related to safety of the investigational product. No safety signals for crenezumab were observed in this analysis and the overall safety profile was similar to that seen in previous trials. Crenezumab continues to be studied in a landmark trial of cognitively healthy individuals in Colombia with an autosomal dominant mutation who are at risk of developing familial AD, or fAD, under the Alzheimer's Prevention Initiative (API), which began in 2013. This study will determine if treating people carrying this mutation with crenezumab prior to the onset of AD symptoms will slow or prevent the decline of cognitive and functional abilities. This study is in collaboration with the Banner Institute and is funded by the National Institute on Aging. Data from the CREAD 1 and 2 studies will be made available to the scientific community by Roche at an upcoming scientific meeting. AC Immune looks forward to receiving and reviewing the data in detail and sharing it as appropriate following peer review. CREAD 1 and 2 were two-year global, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, parallel-group Phase III studies testing the efficacy and safety of crenezumab in 1,500 patients worldwide with early AD with confirmed evidence of cerebral beta amyloid pathology (CSF or amyloid PET). These studies used doses four times higher than that studied in the Phase II trials. CREAD 1 was initiated in early 2016 and CREAD 2 in mid-2017. As reported by Roche, the TAURIEL Phase II trial of an anti-tau antibody in Alzheimer's disease, run by Roche in partnership with AC Immune will continue.

05:32 EDT Novartis provides strategy update - Novartis provided the following update: "Our long-term strategy is to focus Novartis (NVS) as a leading medicines company with five priorities: embrace operational excellence, deliver transformative innovation, go big on data and digital, build trust with society, and build a new culture by unleashing the power of our people. During 2018, we took actions that reflect this strategy and our capital allocation priorities. We concluded the strategic review of Alcon and expect to spin-off the division in H1 2019. Alcon is positioned for sustainable long term top line growth and margin expansion as demonstrated by the strong 2018 results. We agreed to sell the Sandoz US oral solids and dermatology portfolio. Our planned Sandoz transformation is expected to enable us to compete in a more challenging environment by increasing our share of higher-margin differentiated products while driving efficiency with a geographic focus and a lean cost structure. Additionally we sold our stake in the GSK (GSK) consumer healthcare joint venture for $13B. This capital was re-deployed to drive long term growth through cutting edge advanced therapy platforms, including acquiring AveXis gene therapy, AAA and Endocyte radioligand therapies and expanding global manufacturing capacity for cell therapy Kymriah. Operationally, four additional drugs reached $1B and three more potential blockbusters were launched, Lutathera, Aimovig and Kymriah in DLBCL. Innovative Medicines margin increased by 1.0 percentage point to 32.0% of sales, and we expect this margin to expand further. Our culture is transforming to become more open, empowered and collaborative. We advanced an enterprise-wide digital transformation including the launch of the first digital cognitive therapy, reSET, and an artificial intelligence program to drive salesforce effectiveness by optimizing visits to healthcare professionals. We continue our journey to rebuild trust with society. For all our new medicines, we will systematically integrate access strategies in our research and development efforts and we are working to develop innovative treatments for under treated diseases. Additionally, Novartis improved to the number 2 ranking in the Access to Medicines Index for 2018."

05:11 EDT Roche to discontinue Phase III CREAD 1 and 2 clinical studies of crenezumab - Roche and Genentech, a member of the Roche Group, announced the decision to discontinue CREAD 1 and CREAD 2 Phase III studies of the investigational anti-beta-amyloid molecule crenezumab in people with early sporadic Alzheimer's disease, or AD. The decision was based on the results of a pre-planned interim analysis assessing the safety and efficacy of crenezumab conducted by the Independent Data Monitoring Committee, which indicated that crenezumab was unlikely to meet the primary endpoint of change from baseline in Clinical Dementia Rating-Sum of Boxes, or CDR-SB, Score. No safety signals for crenezumab were observed in this analysis, and the overall safety profile was similar to that seen in previous trials. Data from the CREAD 1 and 2 studies will be shared with the scientific community at an upcoming medical congress. Findings from the trials will inform future research programs, approaches and clinical trial designs. "We gratefully acknowledge the participants in the CREAD trials and the efforts of everyone involved in this important program. We remain dedicated to the Alzheimer's community and will continue our Phase III GRADUATE trials with gantenerumab and the Phase II TAURIEL trial with the anti-tau molecule RG6100, as well as our imaging and fluid-based diagnostic solutions."
